How to be more energetic

  1. Sleep at least 6 hours every night

    It is a very common habit that people overwork themselves and they don't sleep enough, but the truth is if you sleep enough you will be more effective and you can do even more of your work if you sleep enough than if you don't.

    If you have some good hobby or if you do some sport it can really help you to have more energy and you will also be in a good physical condition.

    Negative emotions can lower your energy level as well as your mental well being. Always focus on good things and try to be thankful.

    If you listen to music it can be very effective of being more energetic because it creates positive emotions in your brain.
