How to be more healthy
One of the most important things in life is health. Maybe some people don't value it but it is really essential to have a high quality of life. Lots of people could kill to be healthy so do not undervalue it.
Have healthy diet
You are what you eat. This is not just a saying. If you eat healthy food you will live longer, have more energy and you will also be in a better shape. Drink enough water. Eat fruits and vegetables, especially live food. It means that you don't eat animals because they are dead when you eat them, but if you eat fruits these are still alive when you eat them.Eat at least 3-5 times a day
Eat small chunks of food and more often. It makes you feel more energetic and healthy. Lots of people often eat just 2 times a day and they always have low energy level, they don't know that this little habit can help them to feel better.Don't eat food what are difficult to digest
Digestion takes a lot of energy. If you eat food difficult to digest it will almost suck all of your energy away.Exercise
If you run or go to the gym you will have much more energy than the people who do not. Exercise every day and you will have a longer life.
