How to be happy

  1. Be positive

    Try to eliminate your negative emotions and negative thoughts and replace them with positive ones. Write a note about the good things in your life what you are thankful for. Most of the people are easily influenced by negative thoughts. Negativity can destroy our whole life because if you are in a very bad situation and you feel bad you will not do the things which you should do to solve the problem. If you always stay positive you will always do the things which leads to a happy life and it makes you even more positive.
  2. Listen to your inner voice

    Always listen to your heart if you need to make a decision because decisions from fear can lead to a very negative experience. Just follow your gut and your life quality will be 200 % better.
  3. Always be yourself

    Stand up for yourself! If you do something because other people would judge you if you would'nt you will never be happy. Don't try to make other people happy, just care about yourself.
  4. Set goals

    If you set a goal and try to do something every day to accomplish it you will always feel something good inside because at the end of the day you know that you did something to improve the quality of your life.
  5. Help others

    Help other people by giving them what they need. Sometimes people don't need money just some loving words or a little bit of care. Listen to them, try to understand them and you will help them a lot. If you help others you help yourself too.
