How to be more aware
Almost everybody is unaware of the things what happen to them. We go through life by being uncionscious and we don't even know about it. We just go to our jobs then go home, have some rest, be with our family and then repeat the same process over and over again. Of course sometimes we try new things and try to get out of our comfort zone to achieve something bigger, but most of us never make it. Try to be more conscious and you will have a great quality of life.
Meditate every day
Meditation helps you increase the level of your consciousness and to be more relaxed. It relases stress and gives you more energy throughout the day. Listen to meditation music or guided meditation audios and it will teach you to master this habit. If you do it for a couple of months you will notice measurable changes in your life.Observe yourself
Observe the small things in your behaviour and try to be conscious about them. Always observe your thoughts, but don't always accept them as real because they are not always tell you the truth. Don't try to identify yourself with your thoughts because you are not them. Those sounds are just the reflections of your ego.Do mental training
Always train your mind. Try mental tricks, learn new memory techniques and always try to control your thoughts and emotions.
